1. Study Materials & Handouts

Vedansh Academy provides students with physical study materials including notes, worksheets, practice papers, and test booklets. These are distributed as follows:

• Classroom Distribution: All study materials are primarily distributed directly to students during class sessions at our branches.
• Timing: Materials are issued chapter-by-chapter, aligned with the academic schedule of the respective batch. No advance bulk issue of full-year materials is standard practice.
• No Postal/Courier Shipment: We do not currently offer home delivery or courier shipment of study materials as a standard service.

2. Missed Class Materials

In cases where a student has been absent and missed the distribution of materials:

• The student or parent may collect printed materials from the branch during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• In exceptional cases, upon prior arrangement, materials may be shared digitally via WhatsApp (PDF/photocopy) at the discretion of the faculty. This is a goodwill gesture and not a standard entitlement.
• Physical worksheets or test papers requiring a printed copy cannot be delivered via courier under normal circumstances.

3. Textbooks & Reference Books

If students are required to purchase specific textbooks or reference books (e.g., NCERT, H.C. Verma, DC Pandey, or other reference materials), these are not supplied by Vedansh Academy directly. Students are advised to purchase such books from authorized local bookstores in Yelahanka or reputable online platforms. The Academy only provides its own proprietary worksheets and practice material.

5. Online Learning Materials (Future)

Vedansh Academy may, in the future, introduce digital learning resources, recorded lectures, or an online learning platform. When such services are launched, a separate, specific delivery and access policy will be published on this website. Until then, all references to digital product delivery in this policy are not applicable.

6. Force Majeure & Service Interruptions

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or other force majeure events), classes and material distribution may be temporarily suspended. The Academy will communicate contingency arrangements to enrolled families via WhatsApp. No additional fees will be charged for make-up sessions provided during or after such interruptions.
