Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in or using any services offered by Vedansh Academy, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka. By enrolling or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Vedansh Academy

Vedansh Academy is a registered coaching and tuition center located in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We provide Science, Mathematics, KCET, JEE, and NEET coaching for students from Grades 6 to 12 (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, and PUC). Our services are offered through physical classroom instruction at our branches in Yelahanka Satellite Town and Singapura (MS Palya).

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

  • Admission to Vedansh Academy is open to students of Grades 6–12 pursuing CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or PUC curricula.
  • All enrolments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the student.
  • The Academy reserves the right to assess the student's suitability through a brief interaction or diagnostic test before confirming admission.
  • Batch allocation is at the discretion of the Academy management to maintain the maximum batch size of 9 students per batch.
  • Enrolment is not confirmed until the admission fee and first month's fee have been received.

3. Fees & Payment

  • All course fees, admission fees, and charges are communicated to parents/guardians at the time of enrolment and are subject to change each academic session.
  • Fees are payable monthly, in advance, unless a different arrangement is communicated in writing by the Academy.
  • Fees may be paid via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or such other methods as communicated by the Academy.
  • Late payment may result in suspension of the student from classes until dues are cleared. The Academy is not liable for any academic loss arising from such suspension.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Academic Conduct & Discipline

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and participate in weekly tests.
  • Disruptive behavior, use of mobile phones during class without faculty permission, or academic dishonesty (cheating in tests) may result in warning or expulsion at the discretion of the management.
  • Respectful conduct towards faculty, staff, and fellow students is mandatory at all times on Academy premises.
  • The Academy follows a strict no-violence, no-bullying, and no-discrimination policy in line with Indian values of inclusivity and respect.
  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend periodic parent-teacher meetings to stay informed of their child's progress.

5. Attendance & Leave

  • Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal academic outcomes. We recommend a minimum of 80% attendance.
  • Makeup classes or recorded notes/study material may be provided at the discretion of the faculty for genuine absences, but are not guaranteed.
  • The Academy observes select national/state holidays and festival breaks (such as Dasara, Diwali, Sankranti). These are communicated in advance.
  • No fee deduction is applicable for student absences due to personal reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, worksheets, test papers, and any content created or distributed by Vedansh Academy faculty are the exclusive intellectual property of Vedansh Academy. Students and parents may not reproduce, distribute, photograph, or sell these materials without prior written consent. Violation may result in termination of enrolment.

7. Website Usage

  • The Vedansh Academy website (www.vedansh.academy) is provided for informational purposes only.
  • All content, branding, images, and text on the website are the property of Vedansh Academy.
  • You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without our written permission.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vedansh Academy strives to provide the best possible coaching and academic guidance. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific academic results, marks, or exam ranks. Academic outcomes depend upon a student's individual effort, aptitude, and other external factors.
  • The Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our coaching services.
  • In the event of a force majeure event (pandemic, natural disaster, government-mandated closures), the Academy will make best-effort arrangements for continuity but shall not be held liable for disruption of services.

9. Termination of Enrolment

  • A parent/guardian wishing to discontinue the student's enrolment must notify the Academy in writing (via email or in person) with at least 15 days' notice.
  • The Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment for non-payment of fees, misconduct, or breach of these Terms without refund of any paid fees.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal remedies.

11. Amendments

Vedansh Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. For major changes, we will notify enrolled families via WhatsApp or email.
